Late Spring/Early Summer 2008

We offer a variety of classes in the daytime and evening. In addition, private instruction is available upon request at a rate of $20 per hour. Our weekend workshops are suspended for the summertime. All classes are on a first come, first serve basis. Class size is limit, so don't wait! Please call (908) 204-9900 to register.

Daytime Classes

Children's Workshop
Beginners will learn how to cast on, knit, purl, and bind off. We will start off with small projects, such as a bookmark, headband or bracelet, easy to complete within 1 or 2 sessions, and move up to a larger project, such as a hat, scarf or a set of nested pouches. We will learn shaping techniques, such as decreasing, create buttonholes and more!

Skill Level: Beginner & Up
Ages: 8 years - 15 years
Dates: Wednesdays, June 25, July 2, July 9, July 16
Time: 10 A. M. - 12 P. M.
Cost: $60 (+ supplies)
(Additional weeks may be added on, for an additional cost.)
Advanced registration, and payment is required.

Drop-in Knitting in the Daytime
Drop what you're doing, and come knit with us on Wednesdays and Fridays. Join us for these knit-a-long sessions. Bring your own project, or select a new one from our inventory. The choice is yours. Help provided on an as needed basis. A 15% discount will be given to all purchases made during the session. This session is free if you are working on a Knitting Lab project; otherwise there is a $10 cover charge.
